The Traditional Américo Vieira Chouriço is our reference product. It's stuffed from selected smoked pork meat, expertly seasoned with wine, garlic, salt and spices. After filling in its natural casings, maturation takes place in a wood smokehouse for a few days, highlighting its unique and traditional character, developing aromas and unmistakable flavors. Perfect in every delicious typical Lusitanian dish.
